GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent is trying to interfere with their subject plots under approved lay out LP.No.3/G.1/2010 of Tirupathi Urban Development Authority without following due process of law. 2. Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department and Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat. 3. Though the matter is of the year 2023 and despite granting sufficient time to file counter, the respondents did not choose to file counter till date. 4. In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by duly considering the interim order granted by this Court on 24.08.2023. The respondent-Gram Panchayat is directed not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession over subject property, except under due process of law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
