However, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is being granted to argue the matter. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted. List the matter in the next week." 2. Even, on next date i.e., on 06.08.2025, despite granting last opportunity on 31.07.2025, adjournment was sought on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has informed that in the instant writ petition, promotion order for respondent No.3 is under challenge and he has already retired long back. 5.
