Although learned AGA is present, no one appeared on behalf of appellants even in the revised list. 2. This appeal had been preferred by appellants under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C. against judgment and order dated 30.04.1987 passed by learned IV- Additional Sessions Judge, Jhansi in Sessions Trial Nos.102 and 103 of 1985 convicting the appellants under Section 333/34 IPC with punishment of five years rigorous imprisonment and under Section 353 IPC with punishment of one year rigorous imprisonment. 3. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi vide its report dated 21.07.2025, has apprised the Court that both the appellants had expired. 4. In view of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi dated 21.07.2025, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated since both the appellants had already been expired. 5.
