Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in not investigating and taking any action in respect of the complaint given by the Petitioner herein dated 11-05-2024 against the Respondents 4 and 5 herein as there is imminent threat to the lives of the Petitioner and his family from the Respondents 4 and 5 as they are employing criminals and goons, attacking and trying to coercively make the petitioner vacate his subject property as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Human Rights and Article300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to investigate and take action in respect of the complaint given by the Petitioner herein dated-11-05-2024 against the Respondents 4 and 5 as per law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be pleased to direct the Respondents No.2 and 3 to restrain the unofficial respondents and their henchmen by providing Police Aid in protecting the lives of the petitioner and his family and the property and follow due process of law pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

2. Heard Sri Rajesh Matcha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have given no objection to their client in this matter.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have conducted preliminary enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner. During the course of enquiry, it was

found that the subject matter is civil in nature. Therefore, they have not registered any crime on the complaint made by the petitioner.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
