No one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioners to make the submissions. Respondent is present in person. He submits that since petition filed under Section 125 of Cr.PC itself has been decided on 08.11.2024, therefore this petition has become infructuous. Copy of the order dated 08.11.2024 has been placed on record at page No.487 to 492 in this petition.
