Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial before the Court below is complete and the case is pending for recording the statement of petitioner/accused under Section 313 of Cr.PC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in case, a direction is issued to the learned trial Court to expedite the disposal of the case, the petitioner would not press this bail application at this stage.
3. In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial Court to take immediate steps for deciding the case finally preferably within a period of two months from the date, a copy of this order is made available to the learned trial Court.
