The respondents have filed written instructions before this Court which transpires that the respondents are not able to pay the pension to the petitioners as they are not available in the village as on the date of disbursement of pension. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has secured instructions from the Writ Petitioners and stated that petitioners have received Social Security Pension from the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition to adjudicate. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
