GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No 3 is interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and making them wait in Tada police station, Tada Mandal for settlement of an alleged civit(Family) disputes, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the petitioners life and liberty by repeatedly calling them to Tada police station, Tada Mandal without following due process of law.” 2. Sri Vajja Chethan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are frequently calling the petitioners to the police station and insisting them without following due process of law. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station except under due process of law. In the event of any crime registered against the petitioners, the police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
