ORDER:
1. The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the appeal, dated 21.11.2024, preferred by the petitioner against the order of punishment withholding two increments with cumulative effect, passed in proceedings dated 28.09.2024, and the consequential proceedings dt.28.09.2024 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.21,66,630/- to the account of Nadu-Nedu of the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the statutory appeal on 21.11.2024, as provided under the relevant Rules. However, the said appeal has not yet been
disposed of.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be considered and
disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
4. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 21.11.2024, in accordance with law,

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
