GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue a writ more particularly in the form of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in interfering with the civil disputes among the petitioner and the 6th and 7th respondents by summoning the petitioner to the police station without any formal notice or complaint at the behest of 6th and 7th respondents and in coercing the petitioner to act to the tunes of 6th and 7th respondents failing which threatening with dire consequences and implication in false cases is as per se illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of Natural Justice, without power of authority and opposed to the Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and the petitioner herein involved in two crimes. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crimes which are registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
