GP FOR WOMEN DEV-CHILD WELFARE(AP) 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not including the petitioner's name in provisional list even though he was selected and placed in final list of selected candidates as arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the Petitioner' candidature for Physically handicapped worker as per final list of selected candidates dated 26.03.2015 and issue appointment letter to the petitioner….” 2. On 25.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption „for dismissal‟. 3. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption „for dismissal‟, none appeared for the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
