The statements of Mr. Gautam Seth, Mr. Lalit Seth, Mr. Rishi Seth and Mr. Ameet Kumar Gupta have been recorded in each of the three suits. 4. The correction has been carried out at paragraph ‘6’ and has been highlighted in bold. 5. It is clarified that order dated 04.12.2025 shall be read along with this order. 6.
