The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following main relief:
<to issue and pass orders particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in fixing the pay of the petitioner in 2015 Revised Pay Scales and withholding of salaries as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Art 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in 2015 PRC and pay all the arrears including the regular salaries and to pass…..=
2. The sum and substance of the writ petition is that the writ petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in not fixing the revised pay scales of 2015 and withholding the salaries. 3.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader forwarded the written instructions dated 13.08.2025 issued by the Mandal Education Officer, Karlapalem village of Bapatla District. It reveals that the fixation of pay in PRC 2015 has been implemented in respect of the petitioner, viz., D.Daniel Wifred, and the withheld salaries have been credited to his account. Further, the petitioner has retired from his service and the retirement benefits have already been paid to his bank account through the STO, Bapatla. 4. Apparently, on the last occasion and today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4
5. Recording the written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it becomes infructuous. 6. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM, J Date: 14.08.2025 Rns
