Present applicant is praying for anticipatory bail in relation to FIR dated 20.03.2025 bearing FIR No. 81 of 2025 registered at Police Station – Kotwali Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 123, 69, 87 BNS, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that false allegations have been alleged in the FIR. Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and in fact, the applicant and victim were in love affair and whatever be physical relations between the applicant and daughter of the complainant were consensual. He further submits that applicant was married with another lady in the month of February, 2025 and victim has also attended the marriage. 5. On the previous date, State Counsel was directed to get instructions in the matter. 6. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned AGA for the State, on the basis of written instructions i.e. statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and medical report submits that victim is supporting the prosecution case and as per medical report, victim is 8 weeks pregnant from the present applicant. 7. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and gone through with the contents of the FIR and written instructions, this Court is of the view that applicant does not deserve for anticipatory bail.
