Present petition has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.89 dated 30.05.2024, registred under Sections 304 and 201 of IPC, at Police Station Division A, Amritsar, District Amritsar. 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. On the last date of hearing also, the position was same. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that in compliance to order dated 25.04.2025, the petitioner has not joined the investigation. The petitioner was given one more opportunity vide order dated 02.08.2025, to join the investigation, however, despite one more opportunity being given to the petitioner, he has not joined the investigation. 4. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner as well as his counsel are not interested in purusing the matter any further and thus, the present petition is hereby dismissed.
