It is alleged that respondent nos.4 and 5 have put up illegal construction on the property concerned and in spite of giving representation to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, no action has been taken. 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 upon instruction submits that, after inspection it has been found that respondent nos.4 and 5 have put up illegal construction on the property concerned and they will initiate appropriate action in that regard. 3. However, taking note of the fact that notice to respondent nos.4 and 5 has been dispensed with at the request of petitioner, the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30190 WP No. 17964 of 2025 ORDER (i) Respondent nos.1 to 3 are at liberty to initiate action against respondent nos.4 and 5 in accordance with law.
