Chief Judicial Magistrate Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 07.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that, in the present case, prosecution evidence shows that four witnesses have been examined, and the matter is presently pending for the presence of the accused/proclamation. The case was made time-bound on 13.05.2025 from the date of receipt of the order. During the custody of the accused persons, charges were framed and the evidence of four witnesses was recorded. However, after being released on bail, the accused absconded, whereafter a team was sent to Bihar in search of them and a Farari Panchnama was filed before the Court. The delay in conclusion of the trial has occurred solely due to the accused persons absconding. Therefore, further time is prayed for to conclude the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha) Chief Justice vaibhav
