The matter had been listed on 09.01.2026 and adjourned to today on prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up, Ms. R. Sharma, learned counsel files a memo signed by Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that since the matter has been settled out of the Court between the Petitioners and Opposite Party No.2, the petitioners do not want to proceed further in this CRLMP. The said memo is taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record. 3.
