Considering the submissions made and in the light of the conduct of the Petitioner after his release in complying with the conditions imposed on him it is a fit case to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner. Accordingly, IA No.1 of 2025 is allowed. The conditions imposed on the Petitioner as per the Order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.9967 of 2025 are hereby relaxed.
