DATE : 08.08.2025 The present petition is filed by the petitioners for setting aside the order dated 18.08.2022 and for a direction to the respondents to consider her claim under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R & R) Policy, 2012. During the pendency of the petition, certain directions were given to the respondent No.2- W.C.L. to decide the claim of the petitioner after submission of documents. 2. It appears that respondent No.2- W.C.L. decided the claim in her favour by its order dated 05.08.2025. Thus, in view of above and in view of the judgment dated 11.03.2025 in Writ Petition No.6049/2023 Smt. Kusum Namdeo Khade Vs. Coal India Ltd. And Ors. of this Court, the impugned order does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. 5 wp 2975-2024.odt 2 3. The impugned order dated 18.08.2022 is hereby quashed and set aside. 4.
