Shri Anand Kumar Shukla, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has discharged his duties as safai karmchari in the Nagar Panchayat Tirwa Ganj, District- Kannauj. Shri Rajeev Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 also submits that there is a criminal case pending against the petitioner and seeks leave to take appropriate action as per law. It is always open to the respondents to take appropriate action as per law for any offence or misconduct against the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
