1. A request letter has been received from XII Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raipur (C.G.) seeking extension of time to decide the Claim Case No. 295/2014.
2. This Court vide its order dated 15/06/2024 passed in M.A.C No. 740/2019 expected that the Learned Tribunal shall make all endevours to dicide the case expeditiously within aperiod of six months from the date of first appearence subject to corporation by the parties.
3. This Court is inclined to extend further time of six months to the learned Claims Tribunal to make effort to decide the Claim Case No. 295/2014.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this MCC stand disposed of.
