It was brought to the notice of this Court that the said haystack was already removed as it was placed in the Gram Panchayat property and there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for claiming benefits, if any or loss incurred by them in accordance with law. No costs.
