Case No. 211 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 70(1), 333, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned JMFC, (East)-cum-A.M.II, Muzaffarpur. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail. 4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits preferably Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40580 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 on the same day without being prejudiced by this withdrawal order taking into consideration that similarly situated co- accused, namely, Md.
