2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30246 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.299 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30246 of 2024, dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector of Police, M-7, manali new town police station, avadi commissionerate, tiruvallur district.
