In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for quashing the Final Police Notice dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure-N) issued by respondent No.2. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is observed that the learned counsel has filed a memo stating that, the petitioner herein claims to be the owner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42634 WP No. 30241 of 2019 of the land in question as per the registered Sale Deed dated 02.06.2014. It is further stated that this Court, vide order dated 31.01.2019 in WP No.58211/2018 (Annexure- J) and WP No.58212/2018 dated 25.01.2019 (Annexure-K) directed the respondents-authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order. 4. Having taking note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the fact that the impugned Final Police Notice (Annexure- N) had been issued with regard to the sale of the land in question, which matter has reached finality and disposed of in K.SC/ST Appeal No.168 and 171/2017-18, I am of the view that the impugned notice at Annexure-N is unsustainable and accordingly, requires to be quashed.
