3. Petitioner was serving as Senior Optometrist in Health Department. He was transferred from Community Health Centre, Doiwala, Dehradun to Community Health Centre, Jakholi, Rudraprayag vide
order dated 08.07.2022. Thus, feeling aggrieved petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the transfer order.
4. No interim order was granted in favour of petitioner.
5. Learned State Counsel is right in pointing out that the writ petition was filed in 2023 and petitioner must have joined at the transferred place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by learned State Counsel.
7. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel that petitioner must have joined at the transferred place in the absence of any interim
order passed in favour of petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
