Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the consent to operate that has been granted in favour of the private respondents on the ground that the same has been issued ignoring the criteria in vogue. A perusal of the Annexure P-2 demonstrates that the validity of said consent to operate was to expire on 31.03.2018. In light of this fact, obviously, this petition has lost its efficacy and the same is accordingly disposed of as such, with the observation that, in case, there is still any subsisting cause, then the petitioner may approach the Court afresh. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
