Raghunandan Rao) The respondent herein had approached this Court by way of W.P.No.13126 o#2013, with the complaint that the Sub-Registrar, Rajampet was refusing to register the documents of alienation presented by the respondent in relation to the lands to an extent of Ac.0.70 cents, in Sy.No.809/10 of Mannuru Revenue Village, Rajampate Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 2 This Writ Petition was disposed of by a Learned Single Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, by Judgment dated 30.04.2013, directing the Sub-Registrar, Rajampet, to receive and process the documents presented by the respondent herein, in respect of the aforesaid lands and to release the documents, if they are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. 2. 3. Aggrieved by the said Judgment, dated 30.04.2013, the State has filed the present Writ Appeal. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the lands were shown as dotted lands because they were assessed waste lands and the documents of alienation, in relation to such lands cannot be registered under the Registration Act, 1908. 4. Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the documents in question have already been registered and released. 5. There has been a spate of litigation in relation to these issues and the consistent view of the Court, as expressed by various Learned Single Judges of this Court, has been that such documents require to be registered and released subject to the compliance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. 6. In one such case, being W.P.No.9949 of 2013, a Learned Single Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at 7. 3 Hyderabad, had passed a similar order, dated 20.06.2013. This Judgment was challenged by way of the W.A.No.1257 of 2014, which came to be dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court, by Judgment, dated 27.08.2024. Following the said Judgment dated 27.08.2024, as it is based on similar facts, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to 8. costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- M.RAMESH BABU DEPUTY REGISTRAR //TRUE COPY// FICER SEC’ To, 1. One CC to Sri Balaji Medamalli, Advocate [OPUC] 2.
