GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent did not choose to provide police protection to the petitioner as directed by the 5th respondent in C2 (2)/354786/2021, Dt. 03.09.2021 and to his land for doing agricultural activities in respect of land in Sy.No. 247/2, Sy.No.265/1C, Sy.No. 385/1B and 390/7 an extent of Ac. 3. 86 cents situated at Patrapally Village of V. Kota Mandal, Chittoor District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to enable the petitioner to do his agricultural activities in respect of land in Sy.No. 247/2, Sy.No.265/1C, Sy.No. 385/1B and 390/7 an extent of Ac. 3. 86 cents situated at Patrapally Village of V. Kota Mandal, Chittoor District.” 2. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter, since the cause does not survive. 3.
