...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action, things and deeds of Respondents in not paying the contract bill amount to the Petitioner i.e., Rs.4,99,063/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Sixty Three Only) in respect of the work for Additional Aminites of SC Community Hall at Dodleru Village of Krosuru Mandal, which is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unconstitutional, against to the Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondents to pay the total contract bill amount of Rs.4,99,063/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Sixty Three Only) along with interest for the works carried by the Petitioner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents forthwith to pay the total contract bill amount of Rs.4,99,063/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Sixty Three Only) along with interest in respect of works carried by the Petitioner pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Implead proposed Respondent No.6 as Respondent No. 6 in the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.24118 of 2025 and in all interlocutory applications in the interest of justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Non payment of bill amount for the works executed by the petitioner for providing Additional Aminites of SC Community Hall at Dodleru Village, Krosuru Mandal, is the grievance of the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri Manikanta Thota, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.
3. Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on written instructions dated 30.10.2025 submitted that, the authorities have admitted to pay to a tune of Rs.3,99,669/- as against the claim made by the petitioner to a tune of Rs.4,99,063/- and sought time for such payment.
4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection but prayed to grant reasonable time as the amount is paltry.
5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities are ready to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents are
directed to release the admitted/legally entitled amount to the petitioner at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
