Mr. Rajesh Dutta Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, private respondent is seeking to obstruct his client from constructing on his property. To that end his client made representation dated 27th December, 2024 to respondent nos. 2 and 3 (the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police). He seeks direction upon said respondents to consider the representation and take steps to prevent the obstruction. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhaya, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of the State and submits, it is a private dispute. 3. Respondent no.2 will consider petitioner's representation dated 27th December 2024. For the purpose, petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of his representation to said respondent. In event said respondent finds substance in the complaint and there is no intervention order by the Civil Court, said respondent will take such action as is necessary to enable petitioner to construct on his property. 4.
