Respondent/applicant No. 3 has filed this application to correct her name in the appeal memo as ‘Pratima w/o Bhaskar Warkhade’ instead of ‘Pratima d/o Ramu Alam’, as after marriage, her name is changed. Learned counsel for the applicant has tendered across the bar a copy of the Aadhar Card of Pratima, which is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification purposes, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. Besides, learned counsel for appellant does not dispute the identity of the applicant ‘Pratima d/o Ramu Aalam’ as ‘Pratima w/o Bhaskar Warkhade’. 3. In view of the above and having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed. 4. The appellant is directed to correct the name of respondent No. 3 as ‘Pratima d/o Ramu Aalam’ alias ‘Pratima w/o Bhaskar Warkhade’ in the appeal memo.
