G.A. appearing for the respondent-State has submitted that the order of the Court has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same however, sought liberty in the event, if the petitioner is further aggrieved, he can avail remedies. In view of the above submission made, the present CC stands closed.
