But that amount was due and outstanding as on the date of the impugned order i.e., 19.11.2019, but even subsequent thereto, amount has become due. However, as requested by learned counsel for petitioner, the demand draft of Rs.1,40,000/- may be deposited with the Registry of this court towards partial compliance. 3. Learned counsel for respondent appearing on advance intimation accepts notice and seeks and is allowed four weeks to file reply. 4. Relist on 30.03.2026 in Advance List.
