2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 75.00 cents in Survey Nos. 1 to 157, situated at Ramanujapuram Village, Kondapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. The subject property is an ancestral property, after succeeding the subject property, the petitioner has been in continuous possession and enjoyment thereof. The petitioner submitted an application/representation dated 12.12.2024 to the respondent, requesting for grant of Ryotwari Patta in respect of the subject property under the provisions of Sections 4, 5, and 7 of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari Lands) Act, 1956, and the Rules framed thereunder in
1957. However, even receipt of the petitioner’s application/representation dated 12.12.2024, the respondent authorities neither considered nor issued any other proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will consider application/representation dated 12.02.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass an appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. an
