Torum, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in view of the appointment order dated 27.08.2025, appointing the petitioner as Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, although not strictly in terms of the advertisement, the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he prays that the writ petition may be closed as infructuous, with liberty to approach this Court again in separate proceedings if aggrieved by the terms of the appointment. Mr. M.
