Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Sri Pawan Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 4, are present. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents along with learned counsel for respondent no. 4 have submitted that the entire petition has been preferred on the basis of forged documents and this stand has been taken by learned counsel for respondents and the same has not been rebutted in absence of any learned court appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 4. No option is left but to dismiss the instant petition on the basis of ex-parte arguments entertained at the behest of learned counsels for the respondents. 5.
