The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.3-Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (for short ‘Commission’) to consider his claim for higher pay scale and decide his representation-cum-legal notice dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) 2. The petitioner claims that he served Commission from 03.11.2014 to 18.12.2018. He belongs to Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam. As per Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016 and Haryana Civil Services (Pay) Rules, 2016, the petitioner, while on deputation, was entitled to pay scale as payable to employees of Commission. 3.
