This Court, vide order dated 31.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3738 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Arvind Sahu had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.11.12 18:22:03 +0530 2 the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, District & Sessions Court, Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.10.2025, has come up before this Court requesting for grant of some more time to conclude the trial stating that the suit is at the stage of prosecution evidence due to which, the case could not be concluded within the time period granted. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
