When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the lease period expired on 30.09.2018 and the same is not extended in favour of the petitioner and as such the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
