The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 at the behest of respondent No.5 are disturbing the peace of the petitioner and that they are trying to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and calling the petitioner to the police station repeatedly. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that the respondents 3 and 4 are not interfering with the civil disputes are pending between the parties. 3. Considering the same, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby directed to not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and also not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondent No.5 without following the due process of law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs. 4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
