...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 7 in not allowing the Petitioner-Institution to take part in the ongoing APEAPCET-2025 and APPGECET - 2025 counselling for filing up the seats in Diploma in Pharmacy, B Pharmacy, Pharma D and M. Pharmacy courses on the pretext that the 6th Respondent not granted approval for the academic year 2025-26, ignoring the fact that the Respondent, Pharmacy Council of India gave a clear communication to all the State Governments and examining bodies to go ahead with the counselling process within the four-corners of the guidelines directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court by giving leverage as being arbitrary illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 6th Respondent to grant approval to the Petitioner institution for the academic year 2025-26 and issue such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct Respondent Nos.
3, 4 and 6 to permit the Petitioner-Institution to take part in the ongoing APEAPCET-2025 and APPGECET-2025 counselling, taking note of the communication issued by the Apex Body i.e. 6'^ Respondent, Pharmacy Council of India dated: 11-07-2025, pending Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and pass such IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to

The Court made the following order: The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the Interim Order, dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court and hence, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
