Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 06.11.2025 Per Sanjay S. Agrawal, J. 1. This appeal has been preferred by the appellant/complainant under Section 372 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, questioning the legality and propriety of the judgment dated 14.02.2024 passed in Sessions Trial No. 29/2021, whereby the respondent No. 02-Chavan Lal Khunte was acquitted with regard to the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302 & 201 of I.P.C. 2. At the outset, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 01/State that the petition, being Cr.M.P. No. 2031/2025, was filed by the State, seeking permission to question the impugned judgment, and the co-ordinate bench of this Court has refused to grant the leave for the same vide its order dated 02.07.2025. 3. In view of above and particularly when, the impugned judgment has already been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court, we are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this appeal preferred by the complainant under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Sd/- Sd/- (Sanjay S. Agrawal) (Radhakishan Agrawal) Judge Judge U.K. Raju
