Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking steps to pay the compensation towards acquisition of the petitioners’ land in an extent of Ac.5.40 cents in Sy.No.642-7 and Ac.4.70 cents in Sy.No.644-5 of Gooty Village and Mandal, Anantapur District for allotment of house sites under the Navaratnalu Scheme as per the procedure contemplated under Act 30 of 2013. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the subject land was taken possession for the purpose of allotment of house sites to the eligible beneficiaries under the welfare scheme. Due to administrative reasons, the compensation proposals could not be finalized earlier to pay the same to the petitioners. However, necessary steps have been initiated to prepare and submit proposals to the 2nd respondent for approval and sanction of compensation to the petitioners as per the Act 30 of 2013 and once the proposals are approved and funds are sanctioned, the compensation amount will be disbursed to the petitioners without any further delay. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.20105 of 2020 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to disburse the compensation amount for the subject lands to the petitioners, subject to their entitlement, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
