This petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.24 dated 26.02.2025 registered under Sections 333, 117(2), 115(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 238 and 317(2) of BNS added later on) at Police Station Maqboolpura District Amritsar. 2. Vide order dated 07.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 07.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
