No one appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter. 3. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present. 4. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants- Krishna Raj Singh, Chandra Lal Singh, Smt. Daswanti Devi, Dilip Kumar Singh and Smt. Usha Devi, with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to- (1). To quash the charge sheet no. 314 of 2014 dated 27-07-2014 in Case crime No. 602 of 2014 Under Section. 498A and 323 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali District Banda on which the cognizance was taken by the court below (C.J.M. Banda) vide order dated 17.11.2016. (ii). To Stay the further proceeding of case no. 6573 of 2016 (State Versus Krishna Raj Singh and others) in Case crime No. 602 of 2014 Under Section. 498A and 323 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Sadar, Banda pending before the C.J.M. Banda, till the pendency of present application before this Hon'ble Court. (iii). And/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 07.02.2017 subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 07.04.2017 the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Arvind Singh, B.K.Singh Raghuvanshi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Krishna Raj Singh And 4 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) 06.04.2017. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 03.03.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 9. The present application is dismissed as infructuous. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
