(Oral) Both these petitions, arising out of 05.12.2024 registered under Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 Maqboolpura, District Amritsar accused for seeking grant of regular bail, order. The said four persons are Gurjant Singh @ Gurjant, Navdeep Singh @ Preet, Baljit Singh and Twinkle and that all of the said persons have already been granted concession of regular bail vide separate orders passed in CRM-M-24504-2025 dated 11.09.2025; passed in CRM-M- 51222-2025 & CRM-M-50302-2025 on 29.11.2025 and passed in CRM-M- 59012-2025 on 06.02.2026 respectively. They further contend that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and that no recovery has been effected from them. 3. Learned State Counsel does not dispute the fact that the case of the petitioners is at par with the other co-accused Gurjant Singh @ Gurjant, Navdeep Singh @ Preet, Baljit Singh and Twinkle. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties and have gone through the documents appended alongwith the present petitions. 5. In view of the facts noticed above and taking into consideration that co-accused Gurjant Singh @ Gurjant, Navdeep Singh @ Preet, Baljit Singh and Twinkle have already been granted the concession of regular bail vide different orders as mentioned above, thus with a view to extend parity and keeping the case of the present petitioners at par with the other co- accused, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 6. The instant petitions are allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on regular bail on their furnishing requisite bail bond/surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned.
