Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on o9.12.2024, on receivl®ng credible informatI'On, the Woman Sub-Inspector of police, along wI'th her staff and mediators, rushed to RaI'Iway Stall-On, Naidupet Town and Mandal, and found the accused in possession of 25 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators report. The accused Nos.1 to 6 were arrested and got remanded to judI®Cial Custody. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. The petitioners herein were arrested on o9.12.2024 and sl-nee then they have been langul'shing in jail. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possessI®On Of the accused Its 25 Kgs.
