1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction like mandamus or any other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the Respondents/ Respondents No. 3 to forthwith issue a formal relieving letter in favour of the Petitioner, certifying due completion of her training and bond obligations; to furnish all standard academic documents including the attempt certificate, character certificate, transfer certificate, and No Objection Certificate (NOC), as are routinely issued upon completion of course and service tenure; to release and return all original certificates and documents submitted by the Petitioner at the time of admission, which are presently being withheld without legal justification; and further, to refund the sum of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) ₹ deposited by the Petitioner as caution/security money, as there is no outstanding liability or dues attributable to her. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to Hold and declare that the Petitioner has duly completed her MD (Anaesthesiology and Pain Medicine) course along with the entire two-year bond service as per applicable norms, and is therefore entitled to be formally relieved and provided with all requisite certificates and documents.
10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent No. 3/College is not relieving the petitioner and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3/College to relieve the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 1 to 4/State would submit that after receipt of the advance copy, she has sought instructions from the concerned authorities and as per her instructions, the petitioner will be relieved by Monday i.e. 01.12.2025. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 3

In view of the aforementioned facts of the case and submissions made by the counsel for the Respondents No. 1 to 4/State, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication, accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
